One thing I’ve always taken seriously is training the people around me.
Over the years, I’ve worked with and supervised crews across different states, different job types, and different levels of experience. And one thing became clear fast—most mistakes in this industry don’t come from bad intent, they come from lack of proper training.
So I made it a priority to teach.
Not just how to get the job done—but how to understand the process:

We’re working toward building video-based training designed for technicians in the field—real, no-BS education based on actual job experience, not theory.
The goal is simple:
